POWER BI DEVELOPER

What We're Looking For:

To close the gap on our team and support the growing demand, we need candidates who can demonstrate:

1. Semantic model architecture experience: shared models, inheritance patterns, star schema design, and enterprise data modeling

2. Advanced DAX skills: performance optimization, complex time intelligence (custom fiscal calendars, rolling periods etc), and evaluation context

3. Enterprise BI governance experience: RBAC/RLS implementation, Dev → UAT → Prod deployment, and structured change management

4. Stakeholder communication: ability to translate business requirements into governed, scalable reporting solutions

5. Some Microsoft Fabric platform exposure (Nice to have): Lakehouses, Gold layer consumption and workspace governance
