Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilledPower BI Developerto design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, report/dashboard creation, and data modeling, ensuring effective data-driven decision-making for our organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactivePower BI dashboards and reportsbased on business requirements.
• Connect to various data sources,transform and model datausing Power Query and DAX.
• Ensuredata accuracy, performance optimization, and securityin Power BI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide insights.
• Implementrow-level security (RLS)and other data governance measures.
• OptimizePower BI performanceby improving data models, calculations, and visualizations.
• Publish reports to thePower BI Service, manage permissions, and ensure seamless accessibility.
• Work withSQL databases, APIs, and cloud-based data sourcesto extract and process data.
• Stay up to date withPower BI features, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experiencein Power BI development and data visualization.
• Proficiency inDAX (Data Analysis Expressions)andPower Query (M language).
• Strong experience inSQLfor data extraction and transformation.
• Familiarity withdata modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
