Job Description

What will you Do

  • Experience in managing, reporting, and tracking end-to-end Marketing Campaign.
  • Responsible for overseeing the upkeep of existing dashboards and being able to understand and comprehend the content well, i.e., KPIs, related definitions etc.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (CMO, BG's, Corporate teams) to understand requirements and develop custom reporting solutions.
  • Partner with Marketers to understand their campaign strategy and translate this strategy into tool instrumentation and set up requirements if marketer requires assistance.
  • Design and implement data models for medium-to-large custom applications.
  • Execute strategies for contact data quality, acquisition, and compliance with legal and privacy teams.
  • Manage and deliver data-centric projects for regional areas, acting as a knowledge resource for data analytics tools and data structures.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaign planning through the development and promotion of data-based solutions.
  • Provide Microsoft with up-to-date and summarized data reports using data mining in marketing and sales databases, and work on analytics models for strategic decision-making.
  • Drive insights into the campaign design stage to shape data strategies that achieve measurable improvements in marketing activities for agency clients.
  • Lead the data quality fixing process, partnering with the DB team to provide further insights and consulting services in daily operations.
  • Monitor data acquisition and implement optimization techniques for extremely large databases, supporting the design & implementation of database structures for maximizing speed and efficiency in data retrieval.
  • Employ a systematic approach for profiling enterprise data, framing quality rules, validating data, analyzing exceptions, cleansing data, standardization, ongoing monitoring, and data quality reporting.
  • Stay up to date with the best practices and capabilities concerning relevant data analytics processes and tools.

What will you Need

  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
  • Over 4 years of hands-on experience in various Data Analytics projects.
  • A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Information Technology, Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Alternatively, equivalent on-the-job experience with a strong conceptual understanding will be considered.
  • Technologically savvy, with a solid grasp of data, analytics & visualization tools i.e., Power BI, SQL Server, SSAS, Excel, Azure, SharePoint etc.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to gather, organize, analyze, and present substantial amounts of data with precision and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to make informed judgments and decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Effective negotiation abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset, prioritizing collective success over individual achievements.
  • Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
