About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong SQL expertise to join our growing analytics team. This is a client-facing role requiring direct interaction with US stakeholders, making excellent communication and consulting skills essential. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI, SQL development, data modeling, and dashboard design, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into visually compelling and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing analytical applications with a strong focus on UI/UX.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Build and maintain Star and Snowflake data models.
- Create advanced DAX measures, KPIs, and calculated columns.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with US-based clients.
- Present insights and project updates to business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot report performance issues and implement optimization strategies.
- Manage Power BI Service components including Gateways, Workspaces, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Power BI and SQL development.
- Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Advanced knowledge of DAX and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, PL/SQL, or similar databases.
- Experience building enterprise dashboards and analytical reporting solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with international clients.

- Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- DBT.
- Data Warehousing concepts.
- Performance optimization and troubleshooting.
