Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 5–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights. Exposure to SQL and emerging technologies such as Agentic AI/Generative AI will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI.
  
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  
• Create efficient data models and develop complex calculations using DAX.
  
• Utilize Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization of reports and dashboards.
  
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related and reporting issues.
  
• Implement best practices for data visualization, governance, and report development.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
  

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

  • Data Modeling
    
  • Data Visualization and Dashboard Development
    
• Experience in creating complex reports and interactive dashboards.

• Good understanding of data analytics and reporting concepts.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Good to Have

• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
  
• Exposure to Agentic AI and Generative AI concepts.
  
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data integration tools.
  
• Understanding of data governance and security practices.
