About The Opportunity
We're a fast-scaling tech consultancy in the Enterprise Data & AI Analytics space, helping Fortune 500s and high-growth startups modernize their BI, data warehousing, and decision intelligence stacks. Our team builds and deploys scalable, governed, and real-time analytics platforms—layering Power BI dashboards atop Databricks Lakehouse architectures—to drive faster, smarter business decisions. You'll be embedded in client delivery teams from day one, shipping production-grade analytics that impact revenue, operations, and strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Power BI reports and dashboards with DAX, data modeling, and visual storytelling—optimized for performance and usability.
- Architect and manage scalable data pipelines in Databricks using PySpark and SQL, ingesting, transforming, and modeling data from heterogeneous sources (SQL, S3, APIs, streaming).
- Build and maintain Delta Lake tables with schema enforcement, partitioning, and medallion architecture (bronze silver gold) for downstream BI consumption.
- Optimize Power BI datasets and refreshes by tuning Databricks queries, leveraging caching, aggregation tables, and incremental loads.
- Implement row-level security (RLS), data lineage, and governance controls across Power BI and Databricks environments aligned with client compliance standards.
- Collaborate with data engineers, business stakeholders, and cloud architects to translate business KPIs into actionable, interactive analytics solutions.
