Hiring: Power BI & Data Analytics Specialist (Offshore)

Client: Johnson & Johnson

Location: Remote (India)

Duration: 3+ Months Contract

Experience Required:

• 9+ years of BI Development and Data Analytics experience

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience with end-to-end project delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, optimize, and support Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models

• Build scalable data models using Star and Snowflake schemas

• Develop Power Query (M Language) transformations

• Integrate data from SQL Databases, SharePoint, Excel, APIs, and other sources

• Optimize report performance through DAX tuning and data model optimization

• Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS)

• Support Power BI Service deployments and governance standards

• Create technical documentation and provide ongoing support/troubleshooting
