We are looking for: Business Intelligence Professional – (Power BI Data Analyst / BI Developer)
You'll make an impact by:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for EA partners across sales, operations, projects, services, and management (must‑have).
- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and performance across reporting solutions used in Electrification & Automation.
- Analyze complex datasets (e.g. power distribution KPIs, automation projects, service performance, financial and operational data) and translate business needs into intuitive, high‑impact dashboards.
- Collaborate with EA business teams, digital solution owners, and IT to define requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions.
- Develop and optimize Power BI data models, DAX measures, and refresh strategies to support enterprise‑level usage.
- Contribute to EA digitalization, transparency, and performance improvement initiatives, including reporting related to electrification, automation, and sustainability.
- Proactively find opportunities to improve automation, standardization, and self‑service analytics across EA.

- You must have graduation B.com/ BBM/MPA/M. Com qualification.
- 5-7 years experience.
- Strong IT or technical background with proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Advanced Power BI expertise, including Data modeling, DAX, Report and dashboard development.
- Performance optimization and maintenance.
- Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Excel, SQL, and Dynamics.
- Ability to translate complex technical and operational data into clear, business‑oriented insights.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Nice to Have
- Mendix experience or strong interest in low‑code development for business and digital solutions.
- Exposure to electrification, automation, power distribution, grid technologies, or industrial infrastructure environments.
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations with diverse partners.
- Familiarity with data governance, KPI frameworks, or enterprise analytics platforms.
