Job Description

Mode of Work - Hybrid (Monday,Wednesday,Friday-WFO)

Shift - UK Shift

Power BI Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing automated reporting and dashboard solutions across multiple entities. The primary focus will be on enabling real-time business insights, improving reporting efficiency, and reducing manual intervention through data integration and visualization. Role will initially support the global portfolio companies engagement, while also contributing to internal capability building through knowledge transfer and training.

Requirement Gathering & Business Understanding

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Business teams to understand reporting requirements

Translate business needs into data models and dashboard solutions

Identify key KPIs and reporting structures across entities

Dashboard Development & Reporting

Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI

Build financial reports including P&L, cash flow, and consolidated views

Create operational and analytical dashboards for business insights

Ensure dashboards are scalable, user-friendly, and performance optimized

Data Integration & Modeling

Integrate data from multiple sources:

Accounting systems (e.g., Xero)

Internal databases / back-office systems

CRM and other tools Evaluate and implement third-party connectors where required Develop data models, transformations, and relationships

Stakeholder Coordination

Experience

10+ years of experience in Power BI / Data Analytics roles with exposure to end to-end implementation and stakeholder engagement

Proven experience in dashboard development and reporting automation

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Data Modelling, Visualization)

Experience in data integration (APIs, connectors, SQL)

Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation

Strong Excel and data handling capabilities
