Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful data insights.
- Build and manage data models, data transformations and ETL processes.
- Develop DAX measures, calculations and KPIs to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL Server, Excel, APIs, ERP and CRM systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, report reliability and optimal dashboard performance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve report and data refresh issues.
- Implement data security standards and role-based access controls within Power BI.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for reports, dashboards and data models.
- Provide user training and support to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering Power BI solutions for both international and domestic clients.
- Ability to work effectively across different time zones.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Azure Data Services, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Factory.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Local candidates based in Gujarat will be preferred.
