Role Overview
We are looking for a Power BI Architect to design, build, and manage high-quality dashboards and reports. The role involves working closely with business teams, handling data models, improving report performance, and guiding junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
- Build and optimize data models (star/snowflake schemas)
- Write and optimize DAX measures and calculations
- Work with SQL databases and manage data from multiple sources
- Ensure high performance and fast report loading
- Manage Power BI Service (workspaces, gateways, security, RLS)
- Translate business requirements into BI solutions
- Mentor junior Power BI developers and analysts
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience with Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service
- Advanced DAX knowledge
- Strong SQL querying and performance tuning
- Experience with Power Query (M language)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have (Optional)
- Power BI AI features (Q&A, Key Influencers, Smart Narratives)
- Experience with Tableau or Looker
- Exposure to Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Basic Python or R knowledge
