Job Description

Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor them
Analyze data and present it through reports that support decision-making Convert business requirements into technical specifications and set timelines for delivery Create relationships between data and develop tabular/multidimensional models Document charts, algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships
Demonstrate proficiency in Analysis Services building Tabular & Multidimensional models (OLAP, Cubes) over DW/DM/DB
Write complex DAX and MDX queries
Design and guide BI-related IT architecture in existing or new landscapes, ensuring compliance with standards
Provide blueprinting, gather requirements, and roll out BI solutions to end-users Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts with advanced analytics Analyze current ETL processes and define improvements
Contribute to data warehouse development using SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS
Redefine and implement strategic improvements to current BI systems
Create custom charts and calculations based on user requirements
Design and deploy business intelligence solutions that meet evolving organizational needs Use SQL queries, filters, and graphs to enhance data comprehension
Collaborate with users and teams at all levels to drive continuous improvement Required Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in visual reporting and dashboard development At least 6 years of hands-on Power BI development experience
Strong expertise in SQL Server
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
