Senior Executive Power BI / Power Apps

Location - Gurugram (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models based on business requirements.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, etc.) into Power BI for seamless reporting.
  • Develop and manage Power Apps applications to streamline business processes and improve user experience.
  • Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, OPS, etc.) to define requirements and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain existing reports and applications, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Power BI reports and Power Apps applications.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Required Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Power BI.
  • Minimum 4+ years of overall experience in business intelligence or related fields.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
  • Experience with Power Apps development to automate business processes and workflows.
  • Solid understanding of SQL for querying databases and integrating data sources.
  • Familiarity with Azure and Power Automate is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Power BI or Power Apps is a plus.

Assistant Manager Power BI / Power Apps

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that meet business requirements. Ensure reports are insightful, accurate, and easily interpretable by business stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and optimization of Power Apps to automate business processes, improve workflows, and enhance the user experience.
  • Integrate data from various sources (SQL, Excel, APIs) into Power BI and ensure seamless data flow for real-time insights. Provide deep analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and business improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify data needs, and translate them into actionable reporting and application solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in Power BI and Power Apps development, providing support for technical challenges and promoting best practices.
  • Regularly monitor the performance of existing reports and applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Required Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience working with Power BI to develop interactive reports, dashboards, and data models.
  • 6+ years of overall experience in business intelligence or related fields.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Power Apps development.
  • Strong experience with SQL for querying and integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and Azure tools is a plus.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outputs.
