### Job Description

We are looking for an experienced **Power BI Analyst** with strong expertise in **Power BI, UI/UX design, dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling**. The candidate should be able to create visually engaging, user-friendly dashboards and deliver end-to-end Power BI solutions.

### Responsibilities

* Create end-to-end Power BI solutions, from data model design to interactive visualizations.

* Develop UX-focused design documents, mockups, and dashboard prototypes.

* Implement advanced DAX calculations such as YoY growth and moving averages.

* Apply visualization best practices, including appropriate chart types, color-blind-friendly palettes, and conditional formatting.

* Configure buttons, bookmarks, slicer synchronization, and navigation for an application-like user experience.

* Build and maintain SharePoint reporting portals, including page layouts and navigation.

* Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback from business users.

* Document data sources, transformation logic, and dashboard usage guidelines.

* Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and global stakeholders.

* Monitor dashboard performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve reporting quality.

### Qualifications

* 4+ years of relevant experience in Power BI / dashboard development and UI/UX design.

* Strong expertise in **DAX, data modeling, and Power BI visual customization**.

* Microsoft **Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)** certification or equivalent is preferred.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating data storytelling and UX design principles.

* Experience with SharePoint-integrated reporting solutions.

* Experience with Azure SQL or other cloud data platforms is a plus.

* Certifications in design, HCI, or data storytelling are desirable.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work effectively with international and multicultural teams.

* Strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and best practices.
