Power BI & Macro/VBA Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a Power BI & Macro/VBA Developer with hands-on experience in Power BI reporting, dashboard development, Excel VBA/Macro development, and automation.

The role will focus on developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, creating Excel VBA/Macro-based automation solutions, supporting reporting requirements, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Develop and maintain Excel VBA/Macro-based automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

• Develop and support Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and support teams.

• Support UAT, testing, and solution validation.

• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.

• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports. Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Power BI, VBA/Macro development, or a related role.

• Hands-on experience with Excel VBA/Macro development and automation.

• Strong experience in Power BI report and dashboard development.

• Good knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum.

• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good Excel and reporting skills.

Good to Have / Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power Apps.

• Knowledge of Power Automate.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.

• Exposure to Supply Chain, Operations, or Reporting projects.
