Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Power BI Administrator or in a similar role.
Experience with Power BI Service: Deep understanding of Power BI Service administration, including workspace management, report sharing, app creation, and access control.
Row-Level Security (RLS): Extensive experience implementing and managing row-level security in Power BI to manage data access based on user roles and organizational structure.
Gateway Setup & Troubleshooting: Proven experience in setting up and troubleshooting Power BI On-Premises Data Gateways to enable secure, reliable data refreshes.
Report Performance Tuning: Expertise in optimizing Power BI report performance using tools like Performance Analyzer, DAX Studio, and query optimization techniques.
User Support & Ticket Systems: Experience in handling user support issues and managing support tickets via systems like RemedyForce and ManageEngine.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex Power BI issues, including data access, performance, and security challenges.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to ensure smooth Power BI operations.
