Job Title: Power Automate RPA – L1/L2 Production Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Power Automate RPA L1/L2 Production Support Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in automation support and maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation workflows built on Microsoft Power Automate to ensure smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in incident management, bot monitoring, root cause analysis, and process optimization in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows in production environments.
  • Provide L1/L2 production support for automation processes.
  • Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for automation failures.
  • Monitor bot execution and ensure high availability of automation workflows.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
  • Coordinate with development teams and business stakeholders for issue resolution.
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
  • Support deployment, scheduling, and monitoring of RPA processes.
  • Ensure compliance with SLA and operational guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation optimization.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows)
  • Experience in RPA production support (L1/L2)
  • Understanding of automation lifecycle and bot monitoring
  • Knowledge of error handling and exception management in RPA
  • Familiarity with log analysis and troubleshooting automation failures
  • Experience working with Windows environments and virtual machines
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation

Certifications:

  • Good to have Microsoft PL-500: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in enterprise automation environments
  • Exposure to other RPA tools such as Blue Prism or UiPath
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment

Educational Qualifications:

B.E./ B. Tech / MCA/ M. Tech/ BCA, etc.
