We are seeking a proactive Power Automate Engineer - .Net to develop and support workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and other Microsoft 365 tools. You will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration and productivity, interacting with external data sources, and troubleshooting challenges. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of Power Automate functions and their limitations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop Power Automate workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
- Interact with various external data sources and perform CRUD operations.
- Debug, develop, and add new conditions/actions in both new and existing workflows.
- Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
- Identify areas where Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged to facilitate process improvement.
Skills Required:
- Ability to create business and IT processes with out-of-the-box and custom connectors with Microsoft Automate/Flow.
- Ability to create and connect child flows.
- Experience developing RPA with or within Microsoft Power Automate/Flow.
- A clear understanding of Power Automate functions and limitations.
- .Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of Dataverse and SQL is a plus.
- Creating PowerShell scripts is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
