Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Cloud Flows.
  • Build end-to-end business process automation using out-of-the-box connectors, custom connectors, and child flows.
  • Perform CRUD operations and interact with external data sources such as Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and other APIs.
  • Debug, enhance, and extend existing flows with new conditions, actions, and logic.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable workflow solutions.
  • Support the design and implementation of productivity solutions across Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Teams.
  • Work directly with clients to troubleshoot, gather feedback, and iterate solutions.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and demos to stakeholders and client teams.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of automated solutions.
  • Drive process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending automation using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Contribute to solution architecture, automation best practices, and reusability models.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows).
  • Good understanding of workflow orchestration, business process modeling, and automation best practices.
  • Experience with child flows, custom connectors, Dataverse, and SQL-based data integration.
  • Working knowledge of Azure Logic Apps for advanced integrations.
  • Understanding of Power Automate limitations, licensing considerations, and workarounds.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with basic web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS and .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work across small and large teams and present to technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
