Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve business efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
Integrate Power Automate flows with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Dynamics 365, as well as external systems via APIs and connectors.
Troubleshoot, test, and debug existing workflows to ensure high performance and reliability.
Maintain detailed documentation for workflows, configurations, and automation procedures.
Provide user support and training on newly implemented or existing automations.
Monitor automated workflows and proactively address any issues or failures.
Stay up to date with the latest features and capabilities in Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
