Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into efficient automation solutions
Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 applications like SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Dynamics 365
Work with APIs and connectors for integration with external systems
Maintain and improve existing flows for performance, reliability, and scalability
Troubleshoot and debug workflows, ensuring minimal downtime or errors
Monitor automation processes and proactively resolve issues
Document automation processes, provide support materials, and conduct user training
Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform capabilities and best practices
