Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
Develop robust and scalable desktop automation workflows based on business requirements.
Automate repetitive and rule-based business processes using PAD.
Work with stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
Configure desktop flows, variables, conditions, loops, exception handling, and data manipulation.
Integrate PAD workflows with applications, files, databases, web applications, and other business systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and production bots.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization of automation processes.
Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and automation specifications.
Follow RPA development standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and other technical teams.
Monitor automation performance and ensure smooth execution of automated processes.

Must-Have Skills

4–5 years of experience in RPA development.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
Good understanding of RPA concepts, development lifecycle, and automation best practices.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining Power Automate Desktop flows.
Experience with automation of desktop and web-based applications.
Knowledge of workflow design, exception handling, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Strong documentation skills with the ability to create technical and process documentation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
