Power Automate Desktop Architect

The Power Automate Desktop (RPA) Solution Architect is responsible for designing, leading, and governing enterprise-grade automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and high-performance RPA architectures while aligning automation initiatives with business and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop for enterprise use cases.
• Lead the development and implementation of robust RPA workflows with a focus on scalability, security, and compliance.
• Analyze business processes and convert functional requirements into efficient technical automation designs.
• Establish and enforce RPA best practices, architectural standards, governance frameworks, and reusable automation components.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to RPA developers to ensure solution quality and consistency.
• Integrate Power Automate Desktop solutions with Microsoft Power Platform tools, Azure services, and third-party applications.
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, monitoring, and optimization of automation solutions across environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform components including Power Apps and Power BI.
• Experience with scripting and development technologies such as VBScript, Python, .NET, and REST APIs.
• Deep understanding of process analysis, automation lifecycle management, and RPA design principles.
• Proven ability to define and implement enterprise automation architecture and governance models.

Certifications (Mandatory):

• Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate
• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading large-scale RPA or enterprise automation programs.
• Exposure to cloud-based automation, AI-driven automation, and intelligent process automation solutions.
