Job Description: Power Automate Desktop + RPA Developer

Location: Pan India

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced RPA Developers with strong expertise in Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and at least one leading RPA platform such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions that improve business efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and/or UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

· Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

· Develop scalable, reusable, and efficient automation workflows.

· Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications, web applications, SAP, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and legacy systems.

· Perform bot monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

· Ensure adherence to RPA governance, security, and best practices.

· Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills

· Hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop (PAD).

· Experience in at least one RPA tool:

o UiPath

o Automation Anywhere (AA)

o Blue Prism

· Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, process assessment, development, testing, deployment, and support.

· Experience in workflow automation, exception handling, and bot optimization.

· Knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows and Microsoft ecosystem.

· Experience working with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, SAP, web applications, and desktop applications.

Preferred Skills

· Exposure to Power Apps and Power BI.

· Experience with AI Builder, OCR, Document Processing, or Intelligent Automation.

· Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks.

· RPA/Power Platform certifications will be an added advantage.
