As a Power Automate Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Automate platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency

Job Description - Utility Bill Processing Automation (GPT + AI Builder)

Responsibilities

Design and develop custom Power Automate workflows and business process flows for utility bill/document processing.

Implement integration solutions between Power Automate and enterprise applications (SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power BI, ERP, CRM, Incident Management systems).

Build approval workflows leveraging AI Builder and GPT prompts to automate document classification, extraction, and approvals for utility bills.

Use AI Builder prebuilt and custom models for invoice/bill automation (e.g., extracting vendor, account, cost center, and utility type).

Apply Process Insights to identify bottlenecks in bill processing and optimize workflows.

Ensure adherence to code standards and best practices in BOT development.

Develop and maintain audit-ready documentation (design docs, technical specifications, user manuals).

Troubleshoot and provide technical support for existing Power Automate solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities in billing workflows.

Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform, AI Builder, and GPT-powered automation.

Skill Set Required

Power Automate Cloud (Flows, Desktop Flows)

SQL Connectors for billing data integration

AI Builder (Prebuilt + Custom Models for invoice/bill automation)

GPT Prompts handling for document interpretation and classification

REST API handling for integration with ERP/CRM systems

Data sources: Dataverse, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive

Pipeline Deployments and Custom Connectors

On-premise Gateway Connector handling

Prior experience in Utility Bill/Invoice Automation using AI Builder and GPT

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

4+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Platform (Cloud flows, Desktop flows, AI Builder, GPT prompts, AI Agents, Gen AI)

Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow management

Experience with integration technologies (REST APIs, webhooks, connectors)

Proficiency in Power Automate expressions, conditions, loops, and functions

Knowledge of data management and storage concepts (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
