We are seeking a Power Platform and SharePoint Developer with 5+ years of experience in developing Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power BI visualizations, dashboards, reports, and Power Automate flows, along with managing SharePoint sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in customization using HTML, JavaScript, and Python, and be adept at handling clients for gathering and managing Business Requirements (BRD) through the entire project lifecycle. This includes Requirement Analysis, Design, Project Estimation, Development, Testing, Production, User Training/KT, and Client Sign-Off. You should also have experience in designing and developing Web and Mobile Applications using Connectors and Components in Power Canvas, model-driven apps in Dataverse, and SharePoint, with knowledge of developing using AI Models. Experience in creating and configuring various Power Automate workflows (automated, instant, desktop, scheduled cloud flows) using connectors, AI Builder, SharePoint Online REST APIs, Expressions, and Actions is essential. Additionally, experience in SharePoint Online, Teams & Power Platform Administration, and SQL Query operations is required, along with developing Management Information Systems, Apps, and Flows using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities

• Power Apps Development: Design and develop both Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps using Connectors and Components in Dataverse and SharePoint.
• Power Automate Development: Create and configure various workflows including automated cloud flow, Instant cloud flow, Desktop flow, and Scheduled cloud flow using connectors, AI Builder, SharePoint Online REST APIs, Expression, and Actions.
• Power BI Development: Create and manage Power BI visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• SharePoint Development & Administration: Develop and manage SharePoint sites, and administer SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Customization & Integration: Implement customizations using HTML, JavaScript, and Python. Integrate Power Platform solutions with various systems.
• Client Management: Handle clients for gathering and managing Business Requirements Document (BRD) through the entire project lifecycle, from Requirement Analysis and Design to Project Estimation, Development, Testing, Production, User Training/KT, and Client Sign-Off.
• Data Management: Perform SQL Query operations for data interaction and management.
• MIS Development: Develop Management Information Systems, Apps, and Flows leveraging SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• AI Model Integration: Knowledge of developing solutions using AI Models within the Power Platform.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in developing Canvas App, Model Driven App, Power BI visualization, dashboard, report, Power Automate, and SharePoint sites.
• Experience in Customization using HTML, JavaScript, Python.
• Experience in handling clients for gathering and ongoing changes of Business Requirements Document (BRD).
