Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade business applications. The role requires hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and integrations across Microsoft 365 and external systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes
- Integrate Power Apps with Data verse, SharePoint Online, SQL, and other data sources
- Develop and manage custom connectors and REST API integrations
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Power Apps solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Document application architecture, workflows, and user guides
Required Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years of overall experience with strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform
- Hands-on experience in:
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate
- Data verse
- Strong knowledge of:
- SharePoint Online
- SQL
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Proficiency in Power Apps formulas, expressions, and UI/UX design principles
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and custom connectors
- Basic understanding of Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have- Experience in building Power BI dashboards and reports
- Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform
- Exposure to Power Platform governance, security roles, and environment management
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (preferred)
