Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Copilot Developer with 8+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Develop and configure AI-powered Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Create Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps and Dataverse.
- Develop complex Power Automate cloud flows and business process automations.
- Integrate Copilot and Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, Azure, and external applications.
- Build and configure custom connectors and integrate REST APIs.
- Configure Copilot topics, actions, prompts, generative answers, authentication, and enterprise data sources.
- Design scalable and secure Power Platform solutions based on business requirements.
- Implement Power Platform ALM, environments, solutions, deployment pipelines, security, and governance.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code/design reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Extensive experience developing enterprise-grade Copilot solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Custom Connectors.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Microsoft Graph.
- Good understanding of Power Platform security, governance, DLP policies, and environment management.
- Experience with Power Platform ALM and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of Azure services and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Experience with Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, or AI integrations is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications
- PL-400 – Microsoft Power Platform Developer
- PL-600 – Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
- Other relevant Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications.
