Job Summary:-
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Apps & Power Automate Developer with 2+ years of experience in developing business applications and workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating Canvas Apps, automating workflows, integrating systems, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps

- Create and manage automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

- Build responsive Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps

- Develop approval workflows, notifications, and process automation solutions

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with:

- SharePoint Online

- Microsoft Teams

- Outlook

- Excel

- SQL Server

- Third-party APIs and services

- Work with Dataverse for data modeling and management

- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements

- Prepare technical documentation and user guides

- Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are followed

Required Skills:-

Technical Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in:

- Power Apps

- Power Automate

- SharePoint Online

- Microsoft 365

- Experience in:

- Canvas Apps

- Model-Driven Apps

- Dataverse

- API integrations

- Good knowledge of:

- SQL

- JSON

- REST APIs

- JavaScript

- HTML/CSS

- Familiarity with connectors, approvals, and workflow automation

- Understanding of environment management and role-based access control

Soft Skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities

- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus:

- PL-100

- PL-200

- PL-400

- Experience with Azure Services or Azure DevOps is an advantage

- Preferred Candidate Profile

- Ability to understand business processes and convert them into automated solutions

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Self-motivated with a learning mindset

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Interview Details
