Power Apps & Power Automate Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Build and enhance business process automations using Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams,
• Outlook, OƯice 365, and other enterprise applications.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement governance, security, and best practices for Power Platform applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues.
• Optimize application performance and ensure solution reliability.
• Create technical documentation, support guides, and deployment procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams in Agile project environments.
• Support production environments and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Required Qualifications
• BE and B Tech
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong experience in:

• Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps)
• Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Microsoft Dataverse
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft 365 Ecosystem
• Experience with REST APIs, connectors, and third-party system integrations.
• Strong understanding of solution design, security roles, and environment management.
• Experience in application lifecycle management (ALM) and deployment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI integration.
• Knowledge of Azure services and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with CoE (Center of Excellence) governance practices.
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications are highly preferred:
• PL-100
• PL-200
• PL-400
• PL-600
