Job Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing key customer relationships in the animal feed additives segment. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting technical positioning of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
  • Identify and onboard new customers (Layer farms)
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts
  • Provide technical and commercial product presentations to customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams for product positioning and trials
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely collections
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in animal feed additives or allied sectors
  • Strong industry network and understanding of feed industry dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
