Key Responsibilities:
International Recruitment & Sales:
- Expand the international recruitment channel and develop marketing and recruitment strategies for assigned USA colleges/universities.
- Drive enrollment applications across various stages, including application submission and LOA to I-20 processing.
- Increase international student enrollment by recruiting students from diverse regions.
Recruitment Partner Management:
- Negotiate terms of engagement with RPs and provide training to agents and their staff.
- Conduct daily visits (minimum 4-5 RPs) to train agents and counselors on processes, programs, and requirements.
- Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with RPs to ensure quality and performance.
- Hold regular 1-1 meetings with recruitment partners, International Recruitment Managers, and team leaders to provide coaching and support.
Event Participation & Representation:
- Participate in education fairs, webinars, and seminars to promote assigned institutions.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and RPs to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders at the university/college and ApplyBoard staff.
- Hold regular team meetings with internal recruitment teams to monitor targets, discuss market developments, and share insights.
- Report updates and performance metrics to the department, director, and RPs.
Performance & Target Management:
- Ensure enrollment targets are achieved as per semester and annual goals.
- Stay informed about region-specific industry trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies.
Other Duties:
- Provide support and leadership to the sales team as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Requirements:
- Valid USA visa.
- Current representation of a USA University.
