Required skill set:
Preferably worked on Dynatrace managed setup team.
Must have worked on troubleshooting application issue tickets within SLA
Good troubleshooting skills, communication, and customer handling etiquettes
Good hands-on on Linux and SQL
Able to independently write and trouble-shoot scripts in Shell / Bash / Perl / SQL
Ability to understand Application architecture and associated business / IT Operations workflows.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced technical environment.
Experience working on distributed enterprise software products
Exposure to 1 or more of the following business domains (Must have had a client in any of the domains, in the career history):
Banking / E-commerce / Manufacturing
Prior development background in J2EE or .Net stack is a strong plus
Must have experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services consultant
Deliverables:
Implementation and configuration of APM Product to monitor the client Applications & infrastructure
Analyze the alerts and issues identified by APM Product to assist in detailed Root Cause Analysis.
Provide insights to Client on changes, enhancements required in their infrastructure based on analysis of alerts.
Fine tune APM configuration based on analysis of alerts.
Manage the Product patch updates and upgrades on an ongoing basis.
Continuously monitor and improve the deployments.
Understand & document client application landscape and infrastructure.
Get details of known application, infrastructure outages and pain points.
Understand customers requirements and translate them to specific monitoring requirements.
