Job Title: PostgreSQL Database Administrator (Level 1)

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Level 1 Database Administrator (DBA) with foundational experience in managing open-source databases PostgreSQL. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on exposure and a passion for open-source technologies, eager to grow their DBA skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive System Monitoring
• Checking status of Backups and troubleshooting in case of failures
• 1st level working on issues via ticketing tool and follow escalation matrix
• User Login creation & User Access management
• Co-ordination with vendor support teams and respective teams working at Client
• Maintaining SOPs, respective log registers/files and escalation matrix, etc.
• Troubleshooting basic issues checking of database logs
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports generations for systems
