Postgres / MYSQL / AS DBA

Job description

• Experience with AWS CLI and AWS RDS.
• Standard DBA operations such as Monitoring, query optimization, cost
• optimization, tuning, backup/restore, and blue/green deployments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exposure to agile practices and working with agile software development teams
• Availability for pager-duty on call
• Nice to have.
• Scripting and/or programming experience to automate standard DB
• tasks/operations
• Cross-region replication in AWS and/or other cloud environments
• Experience with data quality and data observability aspects of data management
• and working with the data analytics team.
• knowledge of percona toolkit.
• Knowledge of pg/SQL.
