Postdoctoral Researcher and Assistant Professor

Teaching Excellence, Active Research, & Institution Building. The Assistant Professor will serve as a bridge between academic theory and industry application. You will drive the Applied Learning pedagogy while maintaining a consistent research output.

Teaching: Deliver engaging, case-based, and tech-enabled lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Research: Publish consistently in high-impact journals (ABDC A/A/B* for Management; Scopus Q1/SCI/IEEE for CSE).

Service: Mentor students for competitions, contribute to accreditation processes (AACSB/NBA), and engage in departmental administration.

Publishing: Target a minimum of 2–3 high-quality publications per year in top-tier indexed journals.

Grants: Lead the drafting of research proposals for funding agencies (DST, SERB, ICSSR) and international grants.

Mentorship: Guide Ph.D. scholars and collaborate on interdisciplinary projects.
