Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor patients admitted to the post-surgical ward.
• Conduct regular rounds and monitor patients post-operative recovery.
• Assess patients clinical condition and attend to routine medical requirements.
• Monitor vital signs and identify any post-operative complications.
• Coordinate with the concerned Dental/Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons regarding patient care.
• Ensure timely escalation of any emergency or clinical deterioration.
• Maintain patient treatment records, case sheets and ward documentation.
• Assist in smooth day-to-day medical management of post-surgical patients.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Qualified medical professional as per the requirements of the Dental College & Hospital.
• Relevant experience in post-operative ward / hospital patient management will be preferred.
• Good clinical assessment and patient-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
