Job Role : CPU Post Si Validation Engineer(Functional/Performance/Virtualization)
Experience level : 3 to 6 years
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in C and scripting expertise in Python for automation and tool development
- Proven experience in automation framework or toolchain development for validation environments
- Hands-on experience in functional validation, including post-silicon workflows, lab bring-up, and test execution
- Understanding of x86 architecture, including CPU core, memory subsystem, and platform-level interactions
- Proficient in debugging workload failures, analyzing system crashes, and performing log-based triage
- Working knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems
- Understanding of Virtualization (KVM/ESXi/Xenserver)
- Performance validation experience
- Experience executing and managing validation content across large-scale system farms or distributed platforms
- Familiarity with hardware and low-level debug tools such as JTAG, Intel ITP, crash dump analyzers, and serial log parsers
