Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary technical interface for customers on post-silicon validation and debug
  • Enable and execute SoC/IP bring-up, validation, and feature enablement
  • Drive issue triage, root cause analysis, and closure across HW/FW/SW layers
  • Support customer setup for validation environments, tools, and automation
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable inputs for internal teams
  • Collaborate with design, firmware, and validation teams for issue resolution and delivery
  • Provide status updates, tracking, and escalation management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in post-silicon validation (SoC or IP level)
  • Strong experience in silicon bring-up, validation, and debug
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, etc.)Experience with scripting/programming (Python, C, Tcl or similar)
  • Solid understanding of system architecture and hardware-software interaction
  • Experience working with emulation platforms or validation environments is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer-facing roles (FAE / onsite / customer support engineering)
  • Strong knowledge of high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet) and/or SoC subsystems
  • Familiarity with firmware, drivers, and system-level debug
  • Experience working across pre-silicon and post-silicon environments
