Wife is looking for a Post Production Supervisor, someone who can bring structure to chaos without killing the creative spark. Someone who understands that great post-production is not just about edits and timelines, but about managing people, processes, quality, and pressure - all at once.
We need someone who can oversee projects from offline to final delivery while ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Someone who can balance creative ambition with practical execution and keep teams aligned even when deadlines get tight.
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage the complete post-production workflow across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with editors, motion designers, colorists, sound designers, producers, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Track timelines, deliverables, feedback, versions, and approvals across projects.
- Ensure all edits and final outputs meet agency quality standards, technical specifications, and client expectations.
- Troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks and proactively solve operational or technical issues during post-production.
- Maintain project organisation including file structures, backups, asset management, and version control.
- Support the team in planning post schedules, resource allocation, and workload distribution.
- Ensure final deliveries are platform-ready and technically accurate across digital, social, broadcast, and campaign requirements.
- Contribute toward building stronger systems and processes that improve efficiency and creative output within the department.
Qualifications & Skills
- A Bachelor's/ Master's/ Specialized course in Film, Media, Production, Editing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows, timelines, formats, codecs, and delivery pipelines.

- 8+ years of experience in the same/ similar role
