Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Post Graduate Teacher - Commerce at Kanpur University, India. The role involves designing and delivering comprehensive lesson plans, conducting engaging teaching sessions for commerce subjects, evaluating academic progress through assignments and exams, providing mentorship and guidance to students, and contributing to curriculum development. Collaboration with fellow educators and participation in departmental activities and events is also expected.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and implementation of structured educational strategies
- Strong Communication and Teaching skills to effectively deliver subject matter
- Experience in Education and Training, with the ability to guide and support students in academic and professional growth
- Master's degree in Commerce or related field, with a good academic record
- Proficiency in using modern teaching methodologies and tools
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment
- Prior experience in post graduate teaching or related roles is advantageous
