Job Description:
A dynamic Post Graduate fresher from a reputed college. The candidate would be expected to know Fundamentals of mechanical engineering.
He should possess the problem-solving skills.
The candidate should be resourceful in absence of missing data and seek/look for avenues to get them.
Should have experience of arriving to design data through hand calculations. Should be good in Load calculations of Gears, bearings, and shafts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proficient in creating intricate parts, assemblies, and mechanical drawings in Solidworks.
- Knowledge of Gear Box Components design and engineering i.e. Gears, Bearings, shafts, Sealing system, Key and Keyways
- Good knowledge of Industrial Gear Box Engineering and Application
- Good in GD&T and Tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Understanding of standards (e.g., ISO, DIN. AGMA).
- Good Coordination with internal and external stakeholder for having relevant data and
information.
Job Specification: (Education, Training, and Experience)
- ME/M.Tech in Machine Design(Mechanical Engineering) from an accredited College like NITs with min 70% (7 CGPA) marks
- Good knowledge of any CAD tool like SolidWorks, Creo etc.
- Experience of delivering good quality output on time.
Competencies / Skills:
- Good in planning, time management and execution
- Good to have experience of product development
- Exposure to Manufacturing processes like casting, forging, sheet metals, machining processes / Assembly process etc.
- Good Communication skills, interpersonal skill, team player and collaborative
- A team player should be able to cooperatively work in multi-disciplinary team.
- Technically sound and self-motivated.
