Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Post-Field Sales Executive based in Ernakulam, with a mix of on-site visits and remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their requirements, identifying growth opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves generating leads, preparing sales proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on client relationship management and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in lead generation, customer outreach, and developing sales proposals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client confidence
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and schedules efficiently
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and familiarity with hotel operations is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • A willingness to travel within the region and adapt to hybrid work environments
