Role & responsibilities
1.Quality Certificate
- Received Quality Certificate and inspect the unit.
2. Client Inspection
- Possession Team to send inspection invitation emails to clients.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team for possession gift arrangements.
3. Snag Management
- After the client inspection, if any snags are identified, coordinate with the Engineering Team
for resolution.
- Regularly follow up with the contruction Team for updates on snag clearance and flat
readiness.
4. SOA & Possession Letter
- Once the final inspection is completed, inform the CRM Team to clear the Statement of
Account (SOA).
- After SOA clearance and receipt of the possession letter, inform the customer via email.
5. Possession Handover
- Schedule the possession date and time.
- After handover, maintain both hard and soft copies (scan) of the possession letter for records.
6. Customer Communication
- Respond to customer queries through calls and emails on a daily basis.
7. Reporting & Record Maintenance
- Prepare and maintain all possession-related reports.
- Update the possession tracker on OneDrive after every possession. o Share MIS reports for society formation. o Prepare weekly and monthly possession reports. o Arrange signature for society formation documents 8. Upkeep & Budget Management o Maintain records of upkeep staff bills, verify, and submit them to the billing department for clearance. o Obtain management approval for upkeep and electricity budgets. o Send internal emails to the BOQ and Estimation Departments for preparation of work orders related to upkeep vendors.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 8 years experience in handling possessions and Customer interaction in a Real Estate Company .
- Excellent Communications skills
- High Customer service orientation
Education : ANy Graduate
