Education: BE Civil + Masters from NICMAR or equivalent Institute
Must have skill- Experience in MEP
Job Responsibility
- To study all projects drawings including architectural, civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Coordinate with all external consultants for detail and seamless drawings for execution.
- In house Co-ordination with management team for finalization of architectural layouts, submission drawings, structural & MEP drawings.
- To maintain MIS of drawing records for projects from Schematic layout, design development, tender drawings & VFC.
- To check and comment all BOQs and quantities received from various consultants.
- To prepare comparatives of Quotes received from respective vendors for finalization of contract.
- Maintain day to day activities at site during pre-execution stage.
- To maintain MIS of drawing records for projects from Schematic layout, design development, tender drawings & VFC.
- Co-ordinate between external consultants & execution team for execution on site issues.
- Track the requirements of VFC drawings for architectural, structural & MEP and co-ordinate with external consultants to issue the same as per agreed schedule.
- Day to Day site coordination and supervision for execution and to resolve site related issues on daily basis.
- To maintain quality of work at site from appointed vendors.
- To practice EHS issues seamlessly at site.
- Day to day planning & execution of construction activities with MIS reports on ERP to be send to Management on daily basis.
- Construction material & store management with MIS reports on daily basis.
- Manpower / Labor management on daily basis.
- Track project progress with overall schedule of project completion on timely basis
