This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Lchang Nang Retreat located in Nubra Valley Ladakh .The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retreat including
- Managing/training staff
- Creating and implementing SOPs across departments
- Regular staff meetings to review set targets
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Overseeing finances
- Online reputation management
- Maintaining the property
- Marketing the retreat to potential guests and partners.
- Local Liasoning for curating local experiences & maintaining relationships.

- Experience in the hospitality industry

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience living and working in remote locations is a plus
