Role Overview

Position: BIM Architect (Architecture

Experience Required: 3 to 8 Years

Project: High-Rise Commercial & Residential Architecture / Interior Fit-outs (Singapore Standards)

Model Detail: LOD 300 to LOD 500

Work Mode: Hybrid System (Gurgaon Office + Remote Flexibility)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred (Within 2 Weeks max)

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End BIM Delivery: Develop and coordinate detailed architectural models from design development through construction documentation at LOD 300, 350, 400, to LOD 500.

Interior & Architectural Details: Model complex interior layouts, millwork, joinery, wall partitions, ceiling coordination, finishes, and schedules.

Coordination & Clash Detection: Run clash-free models coordinating architectural and interior scope with Structural and MEPF services using Navisworks Manage.

Global Standards Compliance: Adhere strictly to Singapore BIM guidelines (BCA submissions/BEP) and international drawing standards.

Documentation & Extraction: Generate high-precision GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, quantity take-offs, and detailed fabrication/shop drawings.

Cloud Worksharing: Maintain model hygiene, worksets, and coordinate via Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.

Who Should Apply

3–8 years of hands-on experience in Architectural & BIM workflows.

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.

Proven track record delivering detailed interior architectural packages at LOD 400 / 500.

Experience with Singapore/international project standards and BCA guidelines is a strong advantage.

Collaborative mindset, sharp eye for detail, and ready to join within 1 to 2 weeks.
