Job Title: Portuguese Travel Sales Consultant

Location: Noida

Position Summary:

Welatino Traveltech LLP is looking for a talented Portuguese Travel Sales Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Portuguese and English, possess thorough knowledge of international flight routes, and be well-versed in airline policies and terms and conditions. This role is perfect for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote international travel packages, flights, and related services to clients.
  • Provide detailed guidance on global flight routes, schedules, and airline rules.
  • Advise clients on airline fare structures, baggage policies, and booking terms and conditions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Keep abreast of industry updates, airline offerings, and travel regulations.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel consultant or in international travel sales.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of international or global flight routes.
  • Familiarity with airline policies, fare rules, and terms and conditions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple client bookings efficiently.
  • Experience with travel booking systems or GDS platforms is an advantage.
