Your day to day

The role can be based in our corporate office in Gurgaon or New Delhi. The Portfolio Revenue Manager will be improving performance of a portfolio of hotels through defining revenue management strategy through insights and support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for the reporting of Revenue Management performance across all brands, sub regions across the region.
  • Identify and employ appropriate tools for the presentation of management information to senior management.
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve reporting and analysis processes, methodology and tools, engaging fully with regional and Global RM colleagues and participating in global RM projects reporting and analysis projects.
  • Accountable for setting the Revenue Management Marketing Strategy liaising with key stakeholders to drive engagement.
  • Implement and deliver Revenue Management support at Market Meetings and drive the commercial need for the region through effective marketing campaigns.
  • Lead development of measurement of marketing campaigns, ROI,to streamline reporting and structures.
  • Embed all key targets and metrics for each market teams (RevPAR and RGI growth)

What we need from you

Experience

  • 5+ years experience in Revenue Management, ideally in all revenue streams
  • Multi-property revenue management experience
  • Min of three years of Revenue, Reservations or Operational experience within the hospitality industry is essential.
  • University degree in Businesses or a Hospitality related education an advantage
  • Revenue Management Tools and Systems (CONCERTO, RMS or similar

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • System and technology savvy
