Retail Asset Reconstruction Department :

Retail Asset Reconstruction vertical focuses on managing and resolving distressed financial assets, typically non-performing loans.

Key Responsibilties :

• Managing and Coordinating with collection agencies at multiple locations (within Andra Pradesh)
• Adding new collection agencies.
• Managing independent teams from all states.
• Liaison with central and state teams.
• Meeting monthly collection targets.
• Handle deep bucket collections

Job Requirement :

• min 5- 7 years of experience in collection.
• 2-3 years of experience in recovery (unsecured loans )
• confident, ability to handle collections team.
• willing to travel extensively, including going to the field when required.
• Lead, motivate, train team of collection agents to achieve and exceed collection target within the region
